To gain more experience, every time a sensation shows up or you sense you might be feeling something -pause- and -get curious! Use this list to help you fill in the blank.

As a privileged, able-bodied, white person without much political education it has taken me a while to figure out how to be more of an activist. I’m not perfect. I don’t think I am doing ‘enough’.
