My Story
My path to becoming a therapist began while doing my own personal development work at a holistic retreat center. There I developed a deep appreciation for human potential and the wisdom we all carry within. Through my studies and engagement with the community, I witnessed how powerful it can be when people reconnect with their internal guidance and take meaningful action towards becoming more of who they want to be.
I recognized that sometimes deeper patterns and attachment histories need to be addressed before sustainable change can occur. This realization led me to pursue training in Marriage and Family Therapy, specializing in evidence-based approaches that honor both attachment needs and individual agency.
Today, my practice integrates the empowerment focus of coaching with the depth and healing orientation of therapy. This combination creates a unique approach that helps clients develop greater self-compassion while building practical skills for more fulfilling relationships.
When I’m not providing therapy or nerding out on therapy trainings I can be found surfing, dancing, or playing ultimate frisbee.
